At the end of November 2022, ARAE SHOUKAI CO.,LTD became a subsidiary of SHIN-EI KINZOKU CO.,LTD. Respecting the history and performance of ARAE SHOUKAI CO.,LTD to date, and taking on SHIN-EI KINZOKU CO.,LTD's corporate creed of "Appreciation and Harmony, Creation and Commitment" additionally, we, ARAE SHOUKAI CO.,LTD, intend to play a role in the formation of a recycling-oriented society, which is important for Japan because Japan fully depends on imports to secure various resources.
ARAE SHOUKAI CO.,LTD, together with SHIN-EI KINZOKU CO.,LTD, will respond flexibly to changes in the material flow of steel scrap both domestically and abroad, and will actively meet the market’s needs by concentrating the powers of the SHIN-EI group.
